Welcome to our help centre! We are here to help you get the most out of our services. Did you know that you can access our help articles at any time, right from within the intercom widget in your Finity product? That's right, whether you're using our platform on your computer, tablet, or phone, our help centre is always just a click away.

To access our help articles, simply log in to your account in any Finity product and click on the intercom widget.

You can either use the Search for help on the home page or navigate to the Help tab on the widget. From there, you can search for specific topics or browse through our categories.

We highly recommend rating our articles on how useful they were to you. This helps us improve our content and provide you with the best possible support.

We understand that sometimes you may not be able to find the answer you're looking for in our help articles. That's why our customer success team is always available to help you. We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve our services.

In addition to our help articles, we also offer additional support in various forms. For example, you may receive in-app notifications, product tours, or even assistive prompts from a support agent. We are always looking for ways to make your experience with us as smooth and efficient as possible.
