To access our full range of support, including all our knowledge base and release notes - simply open up the widget from your application once you're logged in. You can find the widget by selecting the "send us a message" option on the home page, as shown in the screenshot below.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the messages icon and click on "send us a message," as shown in the screenshot below. This option also allows you to see recent or previous conversations, making it easier to keep track of your support inquiries.
We highly recommend accessing our support through the Finity product widget specifically. This way, our customer success agents can assist you more efficiently and effectively within the product platform itself and work alongside you.
