We understand it can be difficult to keep support windows open while working on other tasks. That's why we listened to your feedback and decided to implement this new feature. With in-app support, you no longer have to worry about keeping a separate support window open. You can now access our support directly within any Finity product, just look for the new logo:
Note: We also operate a limited live chat service on the support.finity.co.uk site, however, for the quickest response and our full range of knowledge base articles, log directly into your Finity product.
One of the main benefits of our in-app support is that it allows us to deliver content directly to you. This means you have easier access to our knowledge base, release notes, and features. You no longer have to navigate to a separate website to find the information you need. It's all right there within the app. We are constantly updating and improving our product, and you can keep up to date all without leaving Finity.
