Phasing out the older support portal
As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our support services, we will be phasing out the use of our previous support portal, support.codapay.co.uk. This process will take place throughout the month of January.
We understand that many of our clients have been using this portal to submit and track support tickets. Rest assured, you will still have access to any open tickets and will be able to make comments on them. However, after January 20th, you will no longer be able to raise new tickets through this portal.
We encourage all clients to use our in-app support primarily for any new support requests, which is available in the bottom right corner of any Finity product. This will allow us to provide more direct and efficient support, without the need for you to maintain multiple windows.
New support portal and in-app support
Our main goal is to replace our older portal with a new and improved one. We believe that the best way to provide support is through our Finity products, using the in-app support feature. This will allow us to work alongside you and provide the necessary support in real-time.
We do have a new support portal, under support.finity.co.uk that will replace the previous portal after January.
For now, our support.fininty.co.uk portal includes basic information about accessing the new support offering, as well as access to release notes and other important updates. We will continue to add more features and resources in the coming weeks, so be sure to keep an eye out for any updates.
Ultimately, our main priority is to provide the best service possible to our clients. Our Customer Success team is constantly expanding and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way. With our new in-app support feature, we can now provide direct and efficient support within our products.
