Overview

We’re committed to helping you get the most out of your Finity system. This article outlines how training and ongoing support works.

Training During Onboarding

As part of your onboarding:

  • We provide complimentary training sessions for your team

  • These sessions are designed to:

    • Get your key users up and running

    • Enable them to support your wider team internally

  • We have a full training programme, documented and ready for most scenarios. Work through all this documented material with guidance and support from Finity onboarding team and you’ll be best setup to succeed.

  • We estimate that you will need to allow at least 20 hours of a persons time to get to grips with all this material.

Training After Go-Live

Once your system is live and operational:

  • Additional training sessions (including refreshers) are:

    • Available on request

    • Charged at our standard rate

    • Quoted and agreed in advance

This ensures we can provide:

  • Dedicated time

  • Structured, high-quality sessions tailored to your needs

Self-Service Learning (Recommended)

We also provide Finity Academy, which includes:

  • Step-by-step guides

  • Feature walkthroughs

  • Best practices

👉 This is available free of charge and is a great first option for:

  • New starters

  • Refresher learning

  • Exploring new features

Training for New Team Members

If you have new team members joining:

  • We recommend:

    • Using your internally trained team

    • Leveraging Finity Academy

If you’d prefer a guided session:

  • We’re happy to arrange this as a chargeable training session
