If you can't get access into your Finity product, don't worry, we have you covered. We recommend you try and use our forgot password functionality, as this is the quickest and easiest way back in to your account.
Forgot password link
On the login page of each of our products you will see a Forgot password option
Selecting this, you will be prompted for either a Username or email address depending on which product you are trying to access.
Once you have entered your username or email address - select "Email link"
You should, within a few minutes, receive a password reset link.
Following the link will take you back to your Finity product, with a screen to enter a new password.
Choose a new, secure, memorable password and hit confirm - and you're good to go!
