Important changes to our support system

At Finity, we are always looking for ways to improve our services and make things easier for our customers. As part of this effort, we will be making some changes to our support system in the coming weeks. Please read on to find out what these changes are and how they may affect you.

Support.codapay.co.uk will remain active throughout January

First and foremost, we want to assure you that our current support portal, support.codapay.co.uk, will remain active throughout the month of January. There will be iterative phases throughout January to direct certain support elements to the new support offering.

In-app support available from January 13th

Starting from January 13th, we will be introducing a new support system through in our Finity products app. This in-app support will be available for all Finity products and will provide a more streamlined and efficient way for you to get in touch with us.

Transition to support.finity.co.uk

On January 20th, we will be making some changes to our support system. After this date, you will no longer be able to raise new tickets through the old support.codapay.co.uk portal. However, any open tickets will still remain active and you will be able to access them, receive updates, and reply back as usual.

We encourage you to start using our in-app support for any new queries, requests, or issues from this point onwards. This will ensure a smoother transition and faster response times for your support needs.

Discontinuation of support.codapay.co.uk

Assuming that all outstanding tickets are closed out or migrated by January 31st, we will be discontinuing the support.codapay.co.uk portal. This means that it will no longer be accessible and all support will be provided through our new in-app support system.

Introducing support.finity.co.uk

In addition to our in-app support, we will also be launching a new support portal, support.finity.co.uk, on January 13th. This portal will initially be used to transition from the old support system to the new one, but will gradually be enhanced to compliment our improved service offering to you over the coming weeks/months.

We recommend using our in-app support for all your support needs, but support.finity.co.uk will also be available for certain elements of support and should you have trouble accessing the in-app or Finity products.

We will continue to expand and enhance this portal in the coming weeks and months.
